Our differences are what fuel our creativity.\nWhat will you do?\nAs an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer you are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions that are reliable, supportable, and delivered to agreed quality, SLA, and delivery expectations as well as provide solution support.\nHere are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:\nApplication Engineering\nDesign, develop, secure and extend Power Platform solutions and reusable solution components from build through test, release, and hypercare support. \nMonitor assigned apps, flows, usage, failures, and licence indicators; act on issues within agreed timeframes. \nResolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, escalating blockers, risks, and dependencies early. \nDeliver solutions that meet approved requirements, follow standards, and pass review/testing with minimal rework. \nMaintain clear support notes, technical documentation, release records, and knowledge articles. \nIdentify recurring support issues and contribute practical improvement or automation opportunities. \nTechnical Leadership\nTake ownership to evaluate technical requirements and advise on solutions and alternatives to meet business needs. \nDemonstrate delivery ownership by managing assigned work, communicating progress, and closing actions reliably. \nApply agreed patterns, secure software engineering practices, and lifecycle processes consistently. \nSeek guidance for complex design decisions, production risks, or unresolved operational issues. \nShare learnings and support patterns to improve squad capability and service reliability. \nStakeholder Management\nClarify requirements, support impacts, and acceptance criteria with product leads and stakeholders. \nProvide timely status updates on delivery progress, incidents, risks, and escalations. \nCommunicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. \nWhat can you bring to the team?\nFirstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. And as part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world. You will also need the following:\n4+ years of experience in Power Platform development, application design, and support, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. \nDemonstrated experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration patterns. \nDevelopment experience using JSON, Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, and Power BI. \nExperience working in the software development lifecycle using an Agile approach. \nExperience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to enhance Power Platform development productivity is a plus. \nExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage Power Platform solution lifecycle using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub is an advantage. \nExperience estimating required effort for deliverables. \nAble to deliver high complexity changes following agreed designs, standards, testing, and release processes. \nClear communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder update skills. \nAccountable, collaborative, and willing to learn while seeking guidance when complexity or risk increases. \nOur Aurecon Attributes describe the types of people we bring together for clients.
