We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Senior Structural Transmission Line Engineer in our Transmission Line Engineering team based in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington or Christchurch, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.\nPersonally design and analyse transmission towers, poles and associated overhead line structures \nApply PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE to develop practical, high-quality structural design solutions \nProduce structural calculations, drawings and technical design reports that support safe and reliable outcomes \nContribute to technical reviews and the delivery of accurate, technically sound design deliverables \nHelp shape practical structural design standards and repeatable ways of working within a growing transmission line engineering capability \nCollaborate with electrical, civil and multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple locations \nWhat you’ll bring\nA relevant structural engineering qualification and demonstrated experience in transmission structure design \nHands-on professional experience using PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE \nExperience designing transmission towers, poles or associated overhead line structures \nEvidence of personally completing structural designs, calculations, drawings and technical reports \nStrong technical capability developed through relevant industry experience and continued hands-on design involvement \nThe ability to contribute as a practising designer rather than solely in a management or coordination capacity \nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills \nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
