We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Structural Engineer in our Mining & Resources team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.\nDeliver innovative structural engineering solutions across major bulk materials handling projects, with the opportunity to contribute to complex industrial, resources and emerging market initiatives.\nContribute to the delivery of projects and design packages, working closely with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams.\nSupport the development of practical and efficient engineering solutions from concept through to detailed design.\nEngage with clients and project stakeholders as part of project delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.\nCollaborate with colleagues across Australia and globally, sharing ideas and learning from a diverse network of technical specialists.\nContinue developing your career through meaningful project experience, mentoring, technical learning and professional development opportunities.\nWhat you’ll bring\nRelevant engineering qualifications and demonstrated experience in Structural Engineering.\nExperience in mining, resources or heavy industrial infrastructure would be highly regarded, particularly across bulk materials handling facilities and associated structural assets.\nWorking knowledge of engineering tools such as SpaceGass, Strand7, ANSYS, Rhino/Grasshopper, Navisworks or similar software.\nA proactive approach to problem solving and a willingness to take ownership of your work.\nStrong communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships with clients and team members.\nA desire to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing engineering team.\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
