You’ll represent our brand by providing elevated and memorable experiences for clients, visitors and employees, while supporting the team to continuously improve the office experience.\nAnticipate client and visitor needs, respond promptly to requests and take initiative to troubleshoot problems and find solutions\nWork with the Workplace Lead to coordinate events and activations through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers\nAssist staff, clients and visitors with practical requirements, including security passes, Wi-Fi access and back-office activities\nIdentify opportunities to broaden our workplace offering and improve the client and employee experience\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients and vendors, helping model strong experience delivery across multiple locations\nCoordinate facility-related queries, contractor coordination, maintenance and compliance activities\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience in a people-centred, client or customer service-focused role\nExperience or training in catering or event management will be highly regarded, but is not essential\nThe ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems\nExcellent interpersonal and written communication skills\nA collaborative approach and the confidence to influence across the organisation\nA personable and enthusiastic nature, with a genuine passion for creating an inclusive, welcoming environment and delivering elevated service\nA self-starting, adaptable and resilient approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centred environment\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
