Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowance\n\nDIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowance\n\nFIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne\n\nKey responsibilities\nLeading and mentoring our Metallurgy and Laboratory teams\n\nDriving recovery improvements and plant optimisation initiatives\n\nProviding technical leadership across gold and base metals processing operations\n\nManaging metallurgical accounting, reconciliation and performance reporting\n\nOverseeing laboratory operations and analytical quality standards\n\nIdentifying, developing and delivering improvement projects from concept through to implementation\n\nWorking closely with operations, maintenance and technical services to maximise plant performance\n\nQualifications and experience\nBachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or an equivalent qualification\n\nExtensive experience in a mineral processing plant, including demonstrated leadership experience\n\nStrong metallurgical background with polymetallic ore flotation experience\n\nSound knowledge of SAG and ball milling, gravity circuits, flotation, thickening, filtration, cyanide leaching, CIP, elution, electrowinning, and tailings management\n\nProven ability to lead technical teams, optimise plant performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives\n\nMAKE AN IMPACT, GET RECOGNISED - BE AN AURELIAN\nAt Aurelia Metals, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
