You provide statutory supervision of mining activities to ensure compliance with NSW mining regulations, while fostering a strong safety and Values-driven team culture.\nYou’ll lead a team of Underground Operators, coordinating daily operations to meet production targets, while safety and production are optimised. Strong leadership, communication and on-the-ground problem-solving skills will be essential as you drive continuous improvement to support the success of our mining team.\nRoster: 7/7, 12 hours per day (Rotating D/N Shift)\n\nLocation: Peak Mine, Cobar NSW\n\nTravel options\nResidents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar.
