This is a rare opportunity to shape geotechnical strategy across multiple orebodies, mining methods and stages of mine life while working closely with operational and technical leaders.\nYou'll play a key role in ground control management, geotechnical risk assessment, mine design reviews and operational decision-making. Working across both established and growing operations, you'll influence how we manage geotechnical performance, support safe production outcomes and help guide the next generation of geotechnical professionals.\nThe role offers broad exposure to remnant mining, seismic ground conditions, major underground infrastructure, mine expansion projects and narrow-vein stoping environments, providing the variety and technical challenge that experienced geotechnical engineers seek. You'll have the opportunity to mentor site geotechnical teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the future direction of our geotechnical function.\nRoster: 8/6, 12 hours (Dayshift only)\n\nLocation: Peak Mine, Cobar NSW\n\nTravel options\nResidents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar.
