Dein Aufgabengebiet

Unterstützung des Partners in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs durch eine eigenständige Büroorganisation
Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Geschäftspartner
Terminmanagement sowie selbständige Vor- und Nachbereitung
Umfangreiche Reisekoordination bzw. Organisation von Kundenterminen (inkl. Reisekostenabrechnung)
Erstellung bzw. Aktualisierung von Präsentationen
Pflege und Aktualisierung der CRM-Datenbank
Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Events

Dein Profil

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Assistenz-/ Sekretariatsbereich
Umfangreiche, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assistenz-/ Sekretariatsbereich
Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie organisatorisches Talent
Du bist engagiert, teamfähig, gewissenhaft, zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
Du meisterst Herausforderungen souverän und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
Hohe Loyalität und Diskretion sind für dich selbstverständlich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Expertenwissen in den gängigen MS Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) runden dein Profil ab
