Investment analysis\nSupport with company, market and industry research.\nAssist in identifying potential roll-up opportunities and add-on acquisitions in business services.\nSupport the screening and analysis of potential acquisitions, including high-level commercial and financial assessment.\nHelp prepare investment memoranda and internal decision materials.\nGain exposure to building and reviewing financial models and interpreting financial statements and KPIs.\n2. Transaction execution\nReceive exposure to due diligence workstreams (commercial, financial, operational and other areas as relevant).\nAssist with the preparation of presentations and materials for internal investment committees and external stakeholders (management teams, advisers, financing partners).\nHelp coordinate data and information flows between a variety of internal and external stakeholders\nSupport with market and buyer research and supporting materials.\n3. Portfolio and internal project support\nUnderstand the monitoring of portfolio companies, including tracking performance, market developments and key initiatives.\nContribute to ad hoc analyses and internal projects, such as screening new sub-sectors, competitor mapping and thematic research.\nParticipate in team meetings and discussions, sharing insights and perspectives, and working closely with both investment and operations professionals.\nEducation\nCurrently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related technical or quantitative discipline.\nStrong academic track record.\nSkills\nPrevious internship experience in one or more of the following is an advantage but not required:\nPrivate equity\nInvestment banking\nStrategy consulting\nTransaction services / corporate finance / deal advisory\nA relevant corporate role (e.g. corporate development, FP&A)\n\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills; confident working with Excel and PowerPoint.\nStructured way of thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.\nSolid understanding of financial statements and basic valuation concepts (e.g. DCF, trading and transaction multiples).\nGenuine interest in the private equity industry and in business services as an investment theme.\nProactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.\nExcellent communication skills;
