Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Talent Pools\nDein Profil\nErfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personal / Human Resources\nMind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting, idealerweise im Research oder als Berater bei einer Personalberatung\nGeneralist, kein Branchenfokus\nRelevante Praxiserfahrung in der aktiven Kandidatenansprache, insbesondere auf Führungsebene\nSchnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft\nStrukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Talent\nDurchsetzungsstärke, hohe
