there is a robust process in place so that costs do not exceed that authorised\nby the customer.\nMonitor the Technician \"clocking system\" to identify jobs that are exceeding their allocated\ntimes and address these issues as appropriate with the Workshop Manager.\nEnsure that there is a robust process in place so that all service documentation is returned\nto you fully completed in a timely manner following work completion.\nAll job cards must be checked to ensure that the parts and labour correspond and that the\njob cards are completed in line with company policy.\nEnsure that where applicable, service documentation is uploaded unto the R2C system.\nEarly each working day, and ideally the previous evening, liaise with the Service\nAdministration team and Workshop Manager, to determine the job priorities and required\nworkshop throughout for the coming working day.\nTo manage the handover of complex or potentially contentious jobs to the Workshop\nManager and to ensure a full buy in as agreed with the customer.\nEnsure that there is a process in place so that all service documentation is returned to you\nfully completed in a timely manner following work completion.\nPass all completed jobs to service costing / warranty / administration for invoicing whilst\nensuring that costs are in line with customer expectations all work hours expended have\nbeen
