We are looking for individuals who bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine care for people in everything they do.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure all designated areas and apartments are immaculately clean and presented to the highest standard\nDeliver a genuine, intuitive, and personalised service to residents and their guests\nReport maintenance defects promptly using the correct procedures\nMaintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas to a high standard\nSupport and train new team members, helping to create a positive and inclusive team environment\nProactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the resident experience\nFollow all health and safety guidelines, including the safe handling of chemicals and use of appropriate PPE\nABOUT YOU\nWe are looking for a positive, professional, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards within a luxury environment.\nYou will be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues while providing a warm and personalised service. With excellent attention to detail, you consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.\nYou are organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with a proactive and flexible approach.
