Reporting to and supporting the Restaurant Manager, they contribute to the seamless daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and library spaces.\nKey responsibilities include setting up dining areas, confidently taking orders, serving residents and guests in line with Auriens’ standards, and creating a warm and engaging atmosphere. Waiters are also responsible for upselling, handling daily cash and account procedures.\nOur diverse food and beverage amenities each offer a distinct concept and style, including: Auriens Restaurant with two Private Dining Rooms (80 covers), The Speakeasy Bar, The Library, and In-Apartment Dining.\nABOUT YOU\nAs a Waiter at Auriens Chelsea, you will bring a high level of professionalism and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
