AI & Engineering\nIntegrate AI APIs and LLM-based features into backend services.\nWork with modern AI tools/frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK.\nDevelop retrieval pipelines, embedding workflows, and lightweight agent systems.\nSupport experimentation and optimization of AI-driven components.\n2. Backend Architecture & Development\nBuild and maintain backend applications using Django + DRF / FastAPI / Flask.\nDesign secure, scalable, and reusable REST APIs.\nWork with microservices, background tasks, and basic caching layers.\nEnsure reliable system architecture aligned with business needs.\n3. Problem Solving & Performance\nAnalyze complex requirements and propose effective backend solutions.\nTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance system robustness.\nApply best practices for logging, monitoring, and debugging.\n4. Collaboration & Ownership\nWork closely with product managers, frontend engineers, QA, and DevOps teams.\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and design discussions.\nWrite clear and comprehensive technical documentation (APIs, workflows, modules).\n5.
