You’ll collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to design and refine learning programs, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence.\nThis role will see you:\nLead the facilitation and assessment of operations technical training to achieve competency standards and performance outcomes\nSupport the development, optimisation, and delivery of training programs aligned with enterprise frameworks and regulatory requirements\nContribute to the design and implementation of new training strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement\nPartner with leaders and stakeholders to provide expert advice on training and assessment practices\nConduct training needs analysis and evaluations, translating insights into updated and improved learning content\nDeliver engaging training tailored to a variety of audiences, experience levels, and learning styles\nSupport strategic initiatives to enhance training efficiency, compliance, and quality outcomes\nMaintain current qualifications and continuously develop facilitation and training expertise\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships to stay aligned with safety, operational and learning priorities\nAbout you:\nYou are a skilled facilitator with strong technical expertise and a passion for developing others. You bring a practical, hands-on approach to training, combined with the ability to influence, engage and drive continuous improvement.\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)\nCertificate IV in Rail Operations or Trade qualification\nDemonstrated experience in training delivery and assessment\nStrong industry or operational experience within a relevant discipline\nHigh-level facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills\nStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit different audiences\nProven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment\nStrong organisational skills with a focus on continuous improvement\nAdvanced problem-solving, decision-making, and training content development capability\nWhat we offer you:\n At Aurizon, we support the development and growth of our employees.
