This is a highly visible position that would oversee the daily end-to-end equity administration, including grant uploads, quarterly share pool reconciliations, option exercises, RSU vesting, and participant education/support. This individual would also play a key role in building and scaling the company’s equity programs, assisting in upcoming system implementation projects, and enhancing processes to support a growing, global organization.\nIn this role you will\nMaintain equity databases with the transfer agent and brokerage system/Client Service Manager\n\nProcess participant, grant, transaction, and demographic updates\n\nMonitor incoming file feeds, data transfers, and administrative workflows\n\nDocument processes, procedures, and issue resolutions to participants\n\nProvide recurring and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders\n\nSupport special projects, implementations, transitions, and other equity-related initiatives\n\nCollaborate effectively across Payroll, Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Technology, Operations, and other business functions\n\nRequired qualifications\nSupport audit, control, compliance, and documentation requirements\n\nFollow applicable service, risk, and control procedures\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve existing processes\n\nStrong project-management and prioritization skills\n\nCertified Equity Professional designation or ECA credential\n\nPrefer a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration\n\n5-8 years of stock plan administration experience with a public company\n\nExperience with E*TRADE EEO system\n\nDesirable qualifications\nExperience with transfer agent system, Equiniti (formerly AST) and HIRS system, Workday\n\nExperience with Fidelity PSW netbenefits system\n\nFor roles based in Mountain View, CA, San Francisco, CA, and Seattle, WA: The salary range for this position is $127,000 - $204,000 per year.\nFor roles based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Livonia, MI, and Louisville, CO: The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $184,000 per year. \nAurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
