REMOTE RECRUITER We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Recruiter to join our team at a US-based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment records. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Provide regular recruitment updates and reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
