This role shares technical knowledge and hands-on experiences in the mechanics, electronics and automation field by training and performing services on manufacturing equipment in site locations across the United States.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nInstallation, commissioning, preventative maintenance and equipment reliability testing for packaging equipment in our manufacturing locations in the U.S. \nPreventive and corrective maintenance for packaging equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)\nPerform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site, virtually and via phone\nConduct operator & mechanics training in plant on processing operations\nPLC and HMI programming\nAnalyzes existing formats to identify areas for improvement\nOptimize and improve packaging systems to reduce waste e.g., downtime, shrink loss, and inefficiencies\nEstablish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with internal customers including support and follow-up\nCoordinate process improvement projects\nCreates and maintain process documentation\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to improve centerlines and changeover repeatability initiatives\nOther Required Responsibilities:\nUp to 50% Travel required to our facility in Platteville,CO\nOther duties as assigned\nKnowledge and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or above in technical engineering\n1-2 years with minimum experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance in industrial environment\nAutomation knowledge\nProgramming skills on Siemens Tia Portal, and we will value Step7, RsLogix500, RsLogix5000 and Wonderware Intouch HMI knowledge\nStrong knowledge of MS Office\nGenuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality\nCustomer oriented and result oriented\nOrganized person, team player and able to work with standard processes\nDairy milk product and equipment technology knowledge will be considered as a plus\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust possess the physical ability to work the entire shift on the plant floor working in a cool, wet environment with temperatures ranging between 34-38 degrees will be a requirement. Standing, walking, climbing, repetitive bending, repetitive stooping, repetitive reaching with arms and repetitive grasping with hands and fingers. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
