At AOD, every role contributes to meaningful work that supports safe, high-quality food, a respectful workplace, and a more sustainable future.\nPurpose\nThe Production Operator is responsible for equipment operation while maintaining quality standards, adhering to recognized GM standards and performing the required procedures to ensure the integrity of the product.\nEssential Responsibilities\nAll plant personnel have the responsibility to monitor and report any deviations from our Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor.\nMake sure case packing machines are in proper working condition before and throughout production.\nMaintaining raw material supply including glue products and shipping boxes.\nGather and enter pertinent information for logs and documentation.\nAssist Filler Operator and Forklift Operator with key pallet production information.\nMake sure patterns are correct on loaded pallets.\nRotate Clevertech Operators ensuring breaks and lunches are met.\nMaintain proper housekeeping for case packing and cooler area.\nOther Required Responsibilities\nAs directed by Production Supervisor and Production Lead Operator.\nSkills and Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to comprehend GMP standard and quality control measures.\nPrevious filling equipment experience is preferred, but not required\nDetail oriented team member with a strong, honest work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks daily.\nMust be able to trouble shoot, assess and correct issues with case packing machinery.\nBe proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues that might affect production efficiencies.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust possess the physical ability to work the entire shift on the plant floor working in a cool, wet environment with temperatures ranging between 34-38 degrees will be a requirement. Standing, walking, climbing, repetitive bending, repetitive stooping, repetitive reaching with arms and repetitive grasping with hands and fingers. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
