- Sie verantworten die fachliche Bewertung systemübergreifender Schnittstellen und stellen eine konsistente Datenverarbeitung (z. B. zu SAP) sicher.
- Sie entwickeln und spezifizieren fachliche Anforderungen strukturiert und priorisieren Weiterentwicklungen unter qualitativen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten.
- Sie wirken an der Entwicklung der lokalen Produkt-Roadmap mit und stimmen Anforderungen mit IT und Global Product Owner ab.
- Sie stellen Systemstabilität und Prozesssicherheit durch fachliche Qualitätssicherung, Testkonzepte und Incident-Bewertungen sicher.
