Responsibilities:

  • Build backend and systems components from design through production.
  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code, using AI tools where they help.
  • Turn product and customer problems into clear technical solutions.
  • Debug across distributed systems, databases, cloud, and networking.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold a high engineering bar.
  • Work directly with founders, product, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of strong software engineering experience.
  • Strong coding ability in Go, C, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
  • Good fundamentals in OS, distributed systems, databases, or security.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and learn quickly.
  • High ownership and reliable execution.
  • Good judgment on when to move fast vs. when correctness matters.
