We’ve been delivering innovative modular designs for over 60 years, supporting major projects in infrastructure, construction, mining, energy, housing and education.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Orana - Dubbo /Bathurst region on a 6-month fixed-term contract.\nIn this role, you will drive the growth of our hire business across the construction, commercial, industrial, and renewable energy sectors, with a strong focus on identifying new opportunities, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into long-term client partnerships.\nYour Role\n\n Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, industrial, mining, and renewable energy sectors.\n Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, referrals, and business development activities. \n Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. \n Achieve sales targets by consistently developing a healthy pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. \n Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.\n Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.\n About YouProven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of building client relationships and driving business growth, particularly within the renewable energy sector.
