We’re committed to fostering a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace, and encourage applications from all backgrounds.\nSee yourself working here\n\nThis is an opportunity to become the central point of coordination for project documentation, contract records and design review workflows across major infrastructure projects.\nWithin the Transmission Development and Growth division, you will work closely with Project Managers, Contract Managers, engineers, designers and external contractors, you'll ensure critical project documentation is controlled, traceable and readily accessible throughout the project lifecycle. From managing document repositories and maintaining registers, to coordinating design submissions, review cycles and revision control, you'll play a key role in supporting successful project delivery.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, has a keen eye for detail, and is confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information, track deliverables and keep projects moving forward.\nWhat you'll be doing\nManage project documentation and contract records across major infrastructure projects, ensuring information is accurately maintained, controlled and accessible through systems such as RIB CX and SharePoint.\nCoordinate design submission and review processes, including document transmittals, stakeholder comments, approvals, revision control and document status tracking.\nMaintain project registers and governance records, ensuring documentation is compliant, auditable and aligned to project and contractual requirements.\nPartner with project teams and contractors to proactively obtain, track and manage project deliverables, keeping documentation current and supporting the successful delivery of major projects.\nAdminister contract records, deliverables, notices, correspondence, submissions, approvals and contractual documentation to support effective project delivery. \nPrepare and coordinate contract correspondence, notices, transmittals, meeting records and other formal communications for review and issue by authorised representatives. \nMaintain commercial and contract registers, including variations, claims, payment claims, securities, insurance, requests for information and technical queries. \nSupport contract payment processes through the administration, tracking and coordination of payment claims and supporting documentation. \nManage project documentation within approved contract management and document control systems, ensuring compliance with document control standards, naming conventions, version control and records management requirements. \nMonitor contract deliverables and milestones, providing reporting, escalation and status updates to support contract compliance and project performance. \nSupport audit, governance and dispute readiness by ensuring relevant project and contract records are complete, accurate and readily retrievable. \nContribute to project reporting, dashboards and management information relating to contract administration, document control, risks, changes and commercial performance. \nPerform other reasonable duties and responsibilities, as may be directed by your People Leader, that align with the complexity of work detailed in the Work Level Standards for this role. \nWhat you bring to the role\nOur hiring decisions are not only based on your experience and skills, but your passion, attitude, and alignment to our core values.\n3-5 years' experience in document control, project administration and/or contract administration.\nExperience working within major infrastructure, utilities, engineering, construction or capital project delivery environments.\nStrong experience managing design review processes, document submissions, comment resolution and revision control.\nExperience maintaining document registers, records and controlled repositories.\nExposure to document management systems such as RIB CX, Aconex, TeamBinder, ProjectWise, InEight, SharePoint or similar platforms.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to liaise with internal teams and external contractors.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nRelevant qualifications in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience. \nLife at Ausgrid\nAt Ausgrid, we go beyond just a competitive salary to offer an exciting range of benefits.
