This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive dedicated mentoring and work on customer solutions that make a genuine impact from day one.\nThis role is based in Melbourne, with a hybrid work model that combines office and remote working.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPartner with our Senior Customer Solutions Engineers and Provisioning team to design and deliver tailored telecommunications and networking solutions.\nLearn how enterprise-grade technologies come together, including NBN, fibre, CPE, VoIP, number porting, data centre services, security and IP networking.\nWork directly with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and support the delivery of solutions that make a genuine difference.\nContribute to solution design activities, product evaluations and technical research while developing your consulting skills.\nSupport customer implementations, hypercare and handover activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.\nDevelop your troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities while working alongside experienced industry professionals.\nExplore emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation and cloud technologies and their application within telecommunications.\nFollow a structured development pathway with mentoring, professional development opportunities and clear milestones designed to accelerate your growth.\nParticipate in graduate program workshops, networking opportunities and development sessions alongside other graduates across the business.\nWhat we're looking for\nA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or a related discipline completed within the last two years.\nWhile not essential, previous exposure to networking, telecommunications, cloud technologies or cyber security through internships, university projects, or work experience will be highly valued.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nA collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of your work.\nA willingness to step outside your comfort zone, embrace challenges and continuously develop your skills.\nBonus points (but not essential)\nCisco CCNA or CCNP Service Provider certifications.\nFortinet NSE certifications.\nCompTIA Network+, Security+, or similar certifications.\nHome labs, personal projects, internships or other hands-on technical experience.\nWe're looking for people who are curious, motivated and eager to learn.
