The position reports directly to the E&I Maintenance Supervisor located in McArthur, Ohio.Responsibilities and Duties\nInstall, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems up to 480V.\nDiagnose electrical faults using multimeters, ohm meters, and other diagnostic tools.\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on motors, drives, and MCCs.\nTroubleshoot and repair VFDs and motor control circuits.\nInstall, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation.\nPerform loop checks, instrument calibrations, and verification of control system functionality.\nEducation and Experience\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience as an I&E technician, controls technician, automation technician, or similar role.\nExperience working with industrial PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and instrumentation.\nProficiency with multimeters and diagnostic tools.\nFamiliarity with CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance practices.\nExperience with industrial communication protocols preferred.\nExperience with robotics preferred.\nSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities\nElectrical and instrumentation systems troubleshooting and maintenance.\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, loop drawings, technical manuals, and ladder logic.\nAbility to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex automated machines.\nFamiliarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, transmitters, and control loops.\nStrong mechanical and electrical skills, including electromechanical assemblies.\nWork Environment\nThis position requires no travel.
