You’ll work directly with engineers on prototype boards, hardware modifications, test setups, and production assemblies.\nThis is a hands-on lab role. You’ll solder and rework boards, build cable harnesses, take measurements, and help find the cause of hardware failures. We’re looking for someone who does careful work, keeps clear records, and can turn engineering instructions into reliable hardware.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssemble, inspect, and modify circuit boards and electronic assemblies for development and production.\n\nPerform soldering and rework on surface-mount and through-hole components, including fine-pitch devices.\n\nBuild and repair cable harnesses, connectors, and test cables from drawings and wiring instructions.\n\nSupport engineers during board bring-up by checking power rails, connections, and signals.\n\nSet up and run electrical tests using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, and other lab equipment.\n\nTroubleshoot failed boards and assemblies, documenting symptoms, measurements, and repairs.\n\nInstall hardware modifications and verify that changes match engineering instructions.\n\nProgram devices, load firmware, and run functional tests using established procedures.\n\nBuild and maintain test fixtures that support engineering validation and production testing.\n\nRecord board revisions, serial numbers, test results, and rework history.\n\nMaintain lab equipment, tools, and component supplies, following ESD controls and safe handling practices.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience assembling, testing, or repairing electronic hardware.\n\nStrong soldering and rework skills for surface-mount and through-hole components.\n\nThe ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and test instructions.\n\nExperience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, bench power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.\n\nA working understanding of circuits, component functions, polarity, and electrical measurements.\n\nThe ability to troubleshoot methodically and recognize when an issue needs engineering input.\n\nCareful workmanship, clear documentation, and consistent attention to detail.\n\nFamiliarity with ESD precautions and safe lab practices.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting prototype development and new board bring-up.\n\nExperience with RF electronics, coaxial cables, and RF connectors.\n\nFamiliarity with spectrum analyzers or vector network analyzers.\n\nExperience with fine-pitch rework, microscope inspection, or identifying PCB assembly defects.\n\nExperience using Python or other tools to run
