Capturing insurance and other key information, scanning documents as needed and collecting co-pays.\nYou will stay in frequent communication via chat, phone and email with our clinical staff and insurance/billing staff \nEssential technical skills that will make you successful in this role include:\nBilingual required\nSkill with multitasking in a fast-paced environment\nQuick and accurate keyboarding and data entry skills. Simultaneously use multiple computer systems/screens to communicate and input information\nSkill/ability with efficient computer use including browsers, multiple windows/tabs, scanners, etc.\nWarm demeanor and personality while engaging with patients and staff.
