We are actively growing and have a strategic plan in place for our exciting future.\nAbout our Culture\nACC Marsden Park has a College-Wide Teaching and Learning framework that is built around three \"Signature Pedagogies\". The College invests in creating a technology-infused educational ecosystem to support effective learning of students and teachers.\nWe are praying for the right people to come and join our team and encourage you to learn more about our College to see if you might be a good fit for our vision and culture.\nRequirements\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Primary Learning Support Coordinator (Full-Time) to commence in 2027 to provide the following support and oversight of of the Learning Enrichment Team:\nDevelop, implement, and review Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse learning needs, ensuring personalised support to promote academic success.\nConduct regular assessments, including diagnostic and standardised testing, to monitor student progress. \nWork closely with classroom teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that meet individual student needs. Provide guidance on effective differentiation techniques and inclusive practices.\nMaintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and external specialists (e.g., speech therapists, psychologists) to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and wellbeing.\nProvide direct learning support to students across Secondary grade levels (K-6), addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted interventions and strategies.\nEngage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education, and learning enrichment strategies.\nAssist students in developing positive behaviours, self-regulation, and emotional resilience. \nAssist in the management of the Nationally Consistent Collection Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD).\nAbout You\nHave an active Christian faith. \nHave a suitable qualification and NESA accreditation (or be eligible). \nHave knowledge of Learning Support and/or Special Provisions (desirable). \nBe able to display the capacity to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes. \nBe able to demonstrate excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. \nBe able to receive feedback on your Teaching and implement changes. \nBe able to effectively plan for, collect and analyse educational data, then devise appropriate
