This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring structure to complexity, connect business and technology teams, and keep delivery moving in a fast-paced and regulated environment.\nThe role\nAs our Release Train Engineer, you’ll take ownership of delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring initiatives stay focused on measurable customer and business outcomes.\nYou’ll sit at the intersection of business, technology, experience design and delivery, helping teams manage dependencies, remove impediments and adopt effective Agile and SAFe practices.\nImportantly, this isn’t just about running ceremonies.
