Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.\nAbout the role\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Learning team, where you'll work as part of an agile, collaborative team with a real opportunity to shape the future of learning and development at Lifeblood.\nAs a Learning Designer & Developer, you'll design and develop learning solutions to ensure efficient, effective and engaging learning experiences for our operational teams. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you'll focus on delivering learning solutions that are practical, relevant, and fit naturally within the realities of day-to-day work.\nYou'll work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify learning needs and develop creative solutions that improve both learner experience and business outcomes. This may include rethinking traditional training approaches, testing new methods, embedding learning within workflows, improving performance support resources, and finding ways to build capability that are more effective and sustainable.\nWorking as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll encourage experimentation, shared learning and continuous improvement while contributing to a culture that values practical, learner-centred solutions. You'll evaluate what is working, use evidence and feedback to inform decisions, and help build a stronger understanding of how learning can best support performance in operational environments.\nWe have two opportunities available: one permanent position and one two-year fixed-term contract. This is a national role which can be based at any of our Processing Centres with flexible work-from-home arrangements.\nSound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:\nExtensive experience designing learning solutions for complex operational environments\nStrong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, including the ability to influence and partner with leaders and subject matter experts\nExperience applying approaches beyond traditional training, including workflow learning, performance support and on-the-job capability development\nExperience testing, evaluating and continuously improving learning approaches based on evidence, feedback and operational outcomes\nExperience supporting frontline, operational, technical, manufacturing or healthcare workforces\nAdvanced skills in the use of eLearning software such as Articulate and/or Chameleon Creator\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or tertiary qualification in training design\nBenefits and Wellbeing\nWe place our employee's well-being at the forefront and express gratitude and care for one another.
