Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you'll solve complex challenges, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.\nYou'll also support team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, code reviews and collaboration, helping ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes across the technology function.\nThis role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.\n Design, develop, test and support high-quality application solutions aligned to ART's technology strategy.\nAnalyse business and technical requirements and implement effective software solutions.\nPerform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and standards.\nInvestigate incidents, defects and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.\nSupport release planning, build activities and deployment processes.\nContribute to solution design, architecture discussions and technology decisions.\nProvide expert technical advice to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and delivery practices.\nAssist with estimation, planning and delivery of technology initiatives.\nMentor and support engineers to build capability and promote knowledge sharing.\nIdentify, assess and escalate risks in accordance with risk management requirements.\nParticipate in support activities, including after-hours support and on-call rosters when required.\n It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
