This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, collaborate with talented colleagues and make a meaningful difference in a purpose-driven organisation.\nThis role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.\n Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality software solutions that support business and member outcomes.\nAnalyse requirements and implement application enhancements in line with agreed standards and best practices.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and system issues in a timely manner.\nSupport software configuration, testing and deployment activities across multiple environments.\nContribute to planning, estimation, solution design and technical feasibility assessments.\nMaintain system and technical documentation to ensure knowledge is shared and accessible.\nCollaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across development practices, tools and processes.\nIdentify, assess and appropriately escalate risks in line with organisational frameworks.\nParticipate in support activities, including after-hours support and on-call rosters where required.\n It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
