Offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, this role is based at Racecourse Grange in Mornington, Victoria. The sophisticated 127-room residence comprises seven unique households and provides permanent residential care, respite, palliative care and memory support.\nAs a member of the Residential Aged Care Operational Leadership Team, you will lead a committed multidisciplinary team while ensuring outstanding resident experiences, workforce performance, clinical governance, regulatory excellence and commercial sustainability. This 12-month opportunity will suit an experienced leader who can provide stability, build capability and maintain strong operational momentum while contributing to the future of aged care within one of Australia’s most trusted wellbeing organisations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the overall operational performance of Racecourse Grange Residential Aged Care\nDrive exceptional resident, family and customer experiences\nEnsure compliance with the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory obligations\nLead workforce capability, engagement and retention initiatives\nDevelop and coach high-performing leaders and teams\nDeliver sustainable occupancy, financial and quality outcomes\nDrive continuous improvement, risk management and governance activities\nFoster strong relationships with residents, families, employees and community stakeholders\nChampion a culture of accountability, wellbeing, safety and person-centred care\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced Residential Aged Care leader with a proven ability to successfully manage and lead a large aged care home.
