handover with venue operations.\nBuild strong relationships with corporate and social clients.\nConduct venue inspections and promote our event spaces.\nUpsell function packages and venue offerings to maximise sales opportunities.\nMaintain accurate booking records and client information.\nLiaise with venue teams to ensure all event details are communicated accurately.\nProvide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.\nAssist with venue administration and contribute to continuous process improvements.\nWe're looking for someone who has:\nMinimum 1 year of experience working in a hospitality environment\nMinimum 1 year of administration experience\nMinimum 1 year of functions or events coordination experience\nPrevious experience in customer service\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail\nA proactive, sales-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nConfidence using Microsoft Office and booking or reservation systems\nA positive attitude, initiative and a genuine passion for
