With a focus on regulatory reporting and governance, you will help ensure our frameworks, policies and procedures reflect best practice and support positive outcomes for members.\nWorking within the Superannuation and Investment Product team, you will collaborate with senior leaders, product teams, Communications and subject matter experts across the Fund.\nKey duties include but are not limited to;\nPrepare quarterly and annual product reviews and monitor product metrics against agreed assessment criteria.\nLead data sourcing and coordinate external rating agency surveys, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete and delivered on time.\nReview, develop and enhance data-sourcing processes.\nOversee the disclosure due diligence process, working closely with Communications teams and other content subject matter experts.\nReview and enhance product governance arrangements to ensure they are fit for purpose, efficient and member-centric, including maintaining governance artefacts and processes.\nSupport key product development initiatives across retirement and accumulation products, including design and business requirements.\nProvide subject matter expertise to projects and help ensure legislative, obligation and risk requirements are met, including Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.\nSupport the Principal and Senior Managers in the Product Enablement team as required.\nWhat You’ll Need\nAt least five years’ experience in a product role within superannuation.\nSound knowledge of superannuation, retirement and investment products.\nTertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or another related field.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.\nAn understanding of member needs and how to translate them into product offers.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a collaborative approach and a high level of personal integrity.\nRG146 will be highly regarded\nLife at AustralianSuper\nAustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
