We are dedicated to building a high-performance environment underpinned by a strong risk culture, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our members.\nYour New Role\nAs Third-Party Implementation Manager, you will facilitate the implementation of technologies owned, provided or operated by third-party suppliers within the AustralianSuper environment.\nWorking across Member Platforms, Technology, Digital & Data, business operations and external suppliers, you will bring together technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure implementation activities are coordinated, controlled and operationally sustainable.\nYou will review and enhance supplier implementation plans, identify AustralianSuper-specific requirements and manage the dependencies, risks and readiness activities required to support an effective transition into business-as-usual operations.\nIn this role, you’ll\nFacilitate the technical implementation of third-party technologies into the AustralianSuper environment.\nPartner with suppliers, internal technology teams and business stakeholders to define AustralianSuper-specific scope, dependencies, controls and operational impacts.\nCoordinate implementation planning across systems, integrations, environments, access requirements, data flows, testing and release activities.\nManage implementation risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, escalating them clearly and promptly when required.\nAssess business and operational impacts, including service continuity, risks, member impacts, support arrangements and transition requirements.\nCoordinate readiness assessments, implementation checkpoints, go or no-go inputs and post-implementation reviews.\nEnsure documentation, knowledge transfer, monitoring, testing evidence and operational acceptance arrangements are in place before transition to business-as-usual operations.\nWhat You’ll Need\nProven experience delivering or coordinating technology implementations in a complex enterprise environment.\nDemonstrated experience working with third-party suppliers, vendor-managed technologies or externally provided platforms.\nStrong project delivery capability encompassing planning, implementation tracking, dependency management and stakeholder reporting.\nChange management experience covering business impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, release readiness and operational transition.\nSound knowledge of technology operations, service management and transition-to-operations practices.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and operational matters to a business audience.\nThe ability to influence without direct authority and coordinate across vendors, technical teams, operations, risk, security and business stakeholders.\nAbility to identify, mitigate and manage risks, especially as they relate to business process and business operations.\nExposure and use of AI tooling beneficial\nA relevant tertiary qualification in technology, business, information systems, project management or a related discipline is desirable.
