# Programme Coordinator - Delegate (m/f/d)

Einleitung The Austrian Red Cross (AutRC) is seeking an experienced and committed Programme Coordinator to join the Joint Delegation of the Austrian and Finnish Red Cross (AutRC/FinRC) in Kyiv, Ukraine. Working closely with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) and partners within the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, you will help translate humanitarian priorities into effective programmes supporting conflict-affected communities.Your mission Serve as the primary AutRC/FinRC counterpart to URCS programme departments, including health and social care, civil protection and disaster management, and livelihoods, and provide input into planning, budgeting and prioritisation processes. Oversee and support regional programme staff, ensuring clear priorities, effective programme implementation and strengthened staff capacity. Coordinate the implementation, monitoring and reporting of AutRC/FinRC-supported programmes in close collaboration with project managers, PMER and finance teams.
