This role is built for someone who likes ownership, moves fast, and learns directly from customers.\nPlease note: This position is on-site in Berlin (Mitte) and C2-level proficiency in German is required.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives: shape value propositions, define MVPs, prioritize features, align stakeholders, and coordinate Sales, Marketing, and Tech for fast, smooth launches\n\nDive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building a deep understanding through frequent, direct customer conversations\n\nHands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services - from first idea to market rollout - working closely with the co-founders and team\n\nTalk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback\n\nSupport go-to-market execution with sales decks, presentations, and customer-facing materials, and help the team communicate new value clearly\n\nWork closely with Product and Design to translate market/customer requirements into concrete product improvements and launch assets\n\nWhat you bring\nGraduated from a strong university;
