You will ensure that the hardware-to-software interface (API, firmware, or edge computing layers) is robust and scalable\nStakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers. You will translate customer business requirements into technical deployment plans that account for hardware latency, power constraints, and data throughput\nFeedback Loop Optimization: Work closely with Product and R&D teams to communicate field-testing results and hardware compatibility issues, ensuring our product evolves to meet real-world edge cases\nQualifications and Skills\n Hardware/Software Fluency: 3+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Hardware/Software Integration (e.g., IoT, robotics, industrial automation, or edge computing)\n Leadership Experience: 1+ year managing a technical, customer-facing team (Solutions Architects, Field Engineers, or Sales Engineers)\nField Deployment Expertise: Hands-on experience with field-deployed applications where \"turning it off and on again\" isn't always an option.
