  • Own end-to-end production on select brands - from pre-production through on-set execution and final delivery
  • Manage shoot logistics including crew hiring, location scouting, call sheets, and scheduling
  • Build and maintain vendor and creative partner relationships across photographers, stylists, casting agencies, and post-production vendors
  • Create and manage agency briefs to ensure cross-functional alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Identify and resolve production risks before they impact timelines or budgets
  • Track and manage project budgets in partnership with Production and Finance
  • Support SOW development and identify opportunities to optimize spend across campaigns
  • Identify efficiencies across shoots including multi-brand and multi-channel execution opportunities
  • Ensure campaigns account for downstream needs including retail, e-commerce, and digital channels
  • Maintain Monday.com and production tracking systems to keep project status visible across teams

  • Experience with Monday.com or similar production management platforms
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-first approach under pressure
  • Fashion, lifestyle, or multi-brand portfolio environment experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in production, marketing, communications, or a related field

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

    • Experience in a brand licensing or multi-brand portfolio environment
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
    • Experience supporting global campaigns across retail, wholesale, and digital channels
