You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other areas to understand market needs, validate solutions, and guide products from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.\nThis is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and advocating for the customer. competitive, and internal feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.\nMake recommendations related to product strategy, product enhancements, customer experience, and adoption.\nMaintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.\nServe as a user advocate throughout the product development lifecycle.\nTranslate Strategy Into Action\nTranslate product strategy and business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nPrioritize product activities and backlog items based on customer needs, business impact, product priorities, and available resources.\nWork closely with Product Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are understood and actionable.\nApply Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle best practices throughout product development.\nPartner With Customers\nBuild strong customer relationships and maintain a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and priorities.\nFacilitate customer feedback sessions and use insights to inform product decisions.\nPartner with customers and other stakeholders to validate product concepts, enhancements, and requirements.\nCoordinate beta and pilot programs with customers and early adopters.\nCollaborate Across the Organization\nPartner closely with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to support product development and delivery.\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships and create alignment around product priorities.\nSupport product releases and launches, including training, communications, and coordination with internal stakeholders.\nMaintain positive customer and vendor relationships throughout the product lifecycle.\nDrive Continuous Improvement\nMonitor product performance, customer feedback, and adoption to identify opportunities for improvement.\nConduct market and competitive research to support product decisions.\nMaintain relevant product documentation and ensure information is clear, current, and accessible.\nUse data, customer insights, and business objectives to inform prioritization and decision-making.\nDevelop Product Talent\nMentor and provide guidance to Product Owners, as applicable.\nHelp foster strong product management practices across the organization.\nProvide leadership and direction to assigned Product Owners and support their development.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin your first year, you'll:\nDevelop a deep understanding of Authenticom's customers, products, and market.\nEstablish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.\nHelp translate customer and business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements.\nSuccessfully support the delivery of meaningful product enhancements and releases.\nEstablish a strong customer feedback loop that informs product decisions.\nContribute to improved customer experience, product adoption, and product growth.\nBecome a trusted partner to Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.\nServe as a strong advocate for both the customer and the product vision.\nWhat You Bring\nProduct Management Experience\n5+ years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, project management, client services, technology, or a related field preferred.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technology products or solutions preferred.\nExperience working in an Agile or Scrum environment required.\nExperience managing or directly leading a team of 3+ employees preferred.\nCustomer & Business Acumen\nStrong requirements gathering, listening, and customer feedback skills.\nAbility to understand customer and business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.\nStrong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to balance customer needs, business impact, technical considerations, and product priorities.\nStrategic & Analytical Thinking\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to evaluate complex information and make sound product recommendations.\nStrong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to conduct market and competitive research and apply insights to product decisions.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams and organizational levels.\nComfortable facilitating customer conversations, stakeholder discussions, and product planning sessions.\nAbility to communicate product priorities and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nOrganization & Execution\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working through ambiguity while maintaining focus on business and customer outcomes.\nWorking knowledge of software development processes and technology concepts.\nEducation\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Information Systems,
