This job requires strong collaboration with global and local leadership to ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies and compliance with local labor laws. Additional functions and duties may be assumed or assigned from time to time.\nDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Moroccan labor laws and global HR standards.\nManage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings.\nLead recruitment efforts including candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding.\nOversee employee lifecycle processes including hiring, performance management and separations.\nProvide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR related matters.\nMaintain accurate HR records and documentation.\nCollaborate with the Global HR VP and local GM to align HR strategies with business goals.\nEnsure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
