dependencies to identify the most effective path forward.\nLead discovery, planning, and problem-solving sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution.\nAnalyze business processes, organizational impacts, risks, and solution options to develop actionable recommendations.\nTranslate strategic goals into practical execution plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.\nIdentify and proactively address risks, gaps, dependencies, and organizational challenges that may impact success.\nInfluence and align stakeholders across functions without direct authority.\nDevelop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, presentations, and decision support materials.\nDrive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption efforts.\nEstablish and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks to support successful execution.\nGuide initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring teams remain focused on achieving business outcomes\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.\nStrong strategic analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.\nProven ability to drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and influence outcomes without direct authority.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.\nExperience translating business objectives into actionable plans, managing risks and dependencies, and driving successful execution.\nAbility to thrive in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in management consulting, internal consulting, business transformation, business operations, or strategic initiative leadership roles.\nExperience leading technology-enabled business or organizational transformation efforts.\nFamiliarity with project management and change management principles and
