| About This Role

本ポジションは、既存顧客の契約更新を中心に、顧客との関係構築、サービスの利用定着、アップセルを推進していただくポジションです。

顧客の利用状況や課題を把握し、契約更新に向けたコミュニケーションから更新提案、見積提示、契約締結までのプロセスを主体的に担当します。また、セールス、サポートチームなどの社内チームと連携し、顧客の継続利用と利用拡大を支援していただきます。

Responsibilities

  • 既存顧客の契約更新の推進
  • 顧客の利用状況や課題を踏まえた更新提案
  • Autify製品を活用した追加利用・契約拡大につながる提案
  • Salesforce等を活用し顧客の契約状況、利用状況、更新見込みなどの管理
  • 新サービスの案内や新たな顧客ニーズの開拓

Required Qualifications

  • 契約更新、既存顧客への提案、アカウントマネジメント、カスタマーサクセスなどの経験
  • IT/ソフトウェア業界での顧客対応経験
  • 顧客の課題やニーズを理解し、適切な提案につなげるコミュニケーション能力を持つ方

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS / サブスクリプション型ビジネスにおける契約更新業務の経験
  • 既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセルの経験
  • システム開発に関する知識、経験をもとに担当レベル～CTOクラスとの深い関係構築ができること
  • CRM / SFAを活用した顧客・案件管理の経験

Language Requirements

  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル (CEFR - C1以上)
  • 英語：基礎レベル (CEFR - A2以上)
