This role will focus on developing and supporting .NET applications and integrations that connect AWS-hosted services and data with on-premises systems.\nResponsibilities include developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications for new and existing systems. The position requires the person to:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain applications and services using C# and .NET\nDevelop and support integrations between AWS services and on-premises applications, APIs, and databases\nBuild and maintain REST APIs and service-to-service integrations\nDevelop and support .NET applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, and IAM\nTroubleshoot application and integration issues across AWS and on-premises environments\nWork with SQL Server and SQL-based data integrations\nImplement secure and reliable application communication using appropriate authentication, authorization, secrets management, logging, error handling, and resiliency patterns\nWrite automated tests and develop clean, maintainable code within a shared codebase\nWork with Infrastructure as Code to deploy and maintain AWS resources\nEffectively communicate and collaborate with developers, platform engineers, business partners, and other technical teams\nIdentify and recommend opportunities to improve application reliability, maintainability, and development processes\nDesired Skills and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience\nStrong professional experience developing applications using C# and .NET\nExperience developing backend services, REST APIs, or system integrations\nProfessional experience developing or supporting applications in AWS\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM\nStrong understanding of object-oriented design and modern software development best practices\nExperience with relational databases and SQL, preferably SQL Server\nExperience with automated testing, Git, and CI/CD practices\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, SAM, Terraform, or similar tools\nExperience with containerized .NET applications, serverless or event-driven architectures, API security, or production application monitoring\nBenefits\nAuto-Owners offers a wide range of career opportunities, and we are seeking talent that will help us continue our long tradition of success.
