This role handles the administration of the networks for two data centers, our Home Office campus, and branch offices. A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field with a focus in Networking Systems or equivalent experience is required.\nResponsibilities include:\nTroubleshooting any network equipment or connection issues (Routers, Layer 2 and 3 switches, WAN acceleration devices, firewalls, etc)\nPlanning, coordinating, and implementing network equipment upgrades\nBeing the point of contact for contracted companies that are servicing our remote branches\nAbility to convey ideas to multiple audiences\nProvide proposals and recommendations for network enhancements\nOccasional maintenance or upgrades that fall outside of normal business hours are required\nAdministration of voice systems\nDesired Skills and Experience\nExperience with any of the following:IOS\nNX-OS\nDynamic Routing Protocols (including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP)\nData Center knowledge (including VDC, VPC, Port-Channeling, HSRP, Spanning Tree, etc.)\nVoIP Phone System (PRI, SIP, CUBE)\nCommunications Collaboration Product Suites (Voicemail, Instant Messaging)\nFirewalls, including IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) and IDS (Intrusion Detection System)\nWAN (Wide Area Network) acceleration devices\nTACACS (Terminal Access Controller Access Control System)\nNAC (Network Access Control)\nCisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)\nCisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)\n\nNetwork administration certifications or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred\nGreat customer service skills\nEffective communication and coordination skills\nSelf-motivating individual with a proven history of growing technical skills\nBenefits\nAuto-Owners offers a wide range of career opportunities, and we are seeking talent that will help us continue our long tradition of success.
