The position requires the person to:\nProvide installation, training and support for computer server hardware and software using industry best practices in a team environment\nMonitor server performance for potential hardware problems and deploy appropriate fixes\nProvide solutions for problems and questions pertaining to server software applications and document specific incidents\nProvide research and development services for computer server hardware and software\nDesired Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar major is preferred.
