Ensure achievement of dealership expansion and channel development targets\nRequirements Eligibility Criteria Age: 35-45 Years Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) MBA in Marketing / Business Management (Preferred) Experience 10-15 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, Business Development, or Channel Marketing. Experience in manufacturing, industrial machinery, capital equipment, printing, packaging, engineering, or allied industries preferred. Proven track record in managing large dealer networks across multiple regions.\nSkills Required Hindi - Mandatory Good command of English; additional regional languages will be an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities. Strategic thinking and market development expertise. Ability to travel extensively across India.
