understands collections operations and wants to build a rewarding career in business development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop relationships with prospective clients throughout the accounts receivable and collections industry.\nLearn and execute a consultative sales process with coaching from experienced sales leadership.\nIdentify business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry associations, conferences, and outbound outreach.\nConduct discovery conversations to understand operational workflows and payment challenges.\nDemonstrate how Autoscribe's payment solutions help organizations improve collections, increase payment adoption, and enhance the customer experience.\nBuild and maintain an active pipeline within Salesforce.\nPartner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure prospects receive an exceptional experience.\nRepresent Autoscribe at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.\nContinue developing sales, negotiation, and presentation skills through ongoing training and mentorship.\nAchieve individual and team revenue goals.\nWho We're Looking For\nWe're much more interested in industry expertise and curiosity than a traditional sales background.\nIdeal candidates may have experience as:\nCollections Operations Manager\nCollections Supervisor\nAgency Operations Manager\nClient Success Manager within the ARM industry\nRecovery Manager\nPayment Processing Specialist\nCollection Agency Manager\nOperations Director\nBusiness Analyst supporting collections organizations\nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years working in the accounts receivable management (ARM), collections, debt recovery, financial services, or payment processing industry.\nStrong understanding of collection agency operations, payment workflows, compliance, or client relationships.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nCurious, coachable, and eager to learn consultative selling.\nComfortable speaking with executives and operational leaders.\nSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic.\nExperience with Salesforce or another CRM is helpful but not required.\nBachelor's
