Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain reliable financial information and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting processes.\nResponsibilities:\nReview, validate, and process invoices related to vehicle maintenance and repair activities\nMonitor and control maintenance and repair costs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data\nInvestigate invoice discrepancies, cost deviations, and inconsistencies, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve them\nCalculate and track vehicle maintenance and repair costs\nAnalyze financial and operational data to identify cost drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities\nSupport the monitoring of budgets, actual costs, and overall cost performance\nPrepare regular reports, financial analyses, and performance updates for internal stakeholders\nMaintain accurate documentation and ensure data quality across invoicing and controlling processes\nCollaborate with Accounting, Finance, Production, Business Development, and Operations to support efficient financial workflows\nIdentify opportunities to improve invoicing procedures, cost control, reporting, and data management\nUse Google Spreadsheets, Google Workspace, ERP systems, AI tools, and other analytical tools to support daily activities\nContribute to the improvement and automation of recurring processes and reports.\n Requirements:\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field\nA few years of experience in invoicing, accounting, controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role\nExperience with invoice validation, cost controlling, operational finance, or financial data analysis is an advantage\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAdvanced MS Excel skills; experience with Google Spreadsheets and ERP systems is a plus\nAbility to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and draw meaningful conclusions\nStrong attention to detail and a structured way of working\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills\nHigh level of ownership, accuracy, and accountability\nExcellent command of English;
